Gato Performance does not sell, rent, or exchange any information for commercial purposes. The information we gather from you helps us provide you with the best possible services.​

Shipping and Handling

​Products sold are approximately shipped within a week or two after receiving payment. We shipped packages via USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, and UPS. Gato Performance charges in the USA are from $45.00 to $80.00 based on the parcel size and weight. Puerto Rico and International shipping may be subject to higher rates and additional fees based on the parcel size and weight.

​Returns Policy

We do not accept returns if the part is open or used. The part needs to be in the original wrap and box. After examining the parts, we will contact you for the next step (return or exchange).

Please note that if your order was through another company, you must open a claim with the seller, not the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee a resolution, but we will review each case individually.
