Your Privacy is the most importance to our long-term relationships, and it is our main goal  to protect and to provide you with highly personalized and valuable service. Gato Performance does not sell, rent or exchange this information for commercial purposes. The information we gather from you helps us provide you with the best possible services.​

Shipping and Handling

​Products sold are approximately shipped within a week or two after receiving payment. We shipped packages via USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail and/or UPS. Gato Performance charges in the USA are from $45.00 to $80.00 based on the parcel size and weight.  Puerto Rico and International shipping may be subject to higher rates and additional fees based on the parcel size and weight.

​Returns Policy

Products sold are NOT to be returned, credited or may any orders cancelled, under any conditions.

Payments

​All payments are due upon receipt. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Complaints

​​Any complaints about items sold may be sent to our email ​sales@gatoperformance.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be revise individually.
